EPE Microlab
HomepageI'm Geoff Macdonald, co-author of the EPE Teach-in '93 series and author of the Microlab firmware. After the Teach-in articles ended, I continued developing the Microlab firmware with the intention of making it available to EPE readers. However, for reasons beyond anyone's control, this didn't happen. So...here it is! (Better late than never!?)
...is up to you. I will try to get the serial port working which will allow you to develop software on a PC and download it to the Microlab, save and load programs from disk, etc. Possibly even a simple compiler (Forth, maybe?). If you've got any projects that you want to tell the World about, then this is the place! Of course, there's the buggy mentioned in the original article - that's not been developed as yet, but I could be persuaded...
Visit Microlab Links for David Jordan'sMicrolab Page. It includes a 6502 assembler and a fix for the memory backup problem.
