fx7000G

Released 1985 at 70
This was the first graphical calculator. It had 10 program memories, 4k program/data RAM and a 96x64 pixel display. Early models had some odd software bugs, (-1)^0=-1, (-10)^0=1, (-100)^0=-1, ...; Performing a calculation using "to the power of" immediately after displaying fixed text would produce an incorrect result (eg "HELLO":2^3 resulted in HELLO 0.6931471806).
