Raspberry Coulis

Ingredients
- 400 g Fresh raspberries
- 80 g Icing sugar
- Lemon juice to taste

Method
- Purée the raspberries.
- Stir in icing sugar to taste.
- Sharpen the coulis with a squeeze of lemon juice or flavour with a little liquer.
