Raspberry Coulis

Ingredients

  • 400 g Fresh raspberries
  • 80 g Icing sugar
  • Lemon juice to taste

Method

  • Purée the raspberries.
  • Stir in icing sugar to taste.
  • Sharpen the coulis with a squeeze of lemon juice or flavour with a little liquer.
